Spring?

Is it really Spring? Why am I so cold? Drinking my Matcha to warm up on this last day of March 2023. Yesterday I received via email an article about my old roommate and dear friend Margie, who lived on a huge family farm with her husband Carl and their dog, Spencer. Margie died of leukemia a couple years ago, and Carl passed away about a year later. They had no kids and left the 1200 plus acres of farm to an Iowa conservancy. It is land for everyone forever. In other news, my studio has a gallery reception tonight for “Walleyed” ceramic pieces for the wall. It’s a community event with many members exhibiting recent work. Its an excuse for a little party, so it should be FUN!!
